Usually same week, often same day. You pick a service window rather than an exact minute — that lets us route the Pit Crew efficiently and still finish inside the window you chose.
No. If your vehicle doesn't need the ignition, leave it parked and unlocked-or-not per your instructions. We'll notify you when we arrive and when we're done.
You can cancel from the appointment before your Pit Crew is dispatched. Online rescheduling isn't available yet, so contact support if you need a different time.
Each Oili service takes about 15–20 minutes and is completed within the service window you selected.
Most vehicles never need them. If yours requires the ignition — some hybrids and newer engines do — you'll be told when you book, and you can hand the keys over or leave them somewhere agreed.
Driveways, office lots, apartment garages, and most street parking. We need enough room to open the doors and work safely, and permission to be there. Underground garages with low clearance are the one common no.
The tech notes it in your service summary with a photo where it helps. We don't sell repairs at the curb — you decide what to do with the information.
Full synthetic, matched to your manufacturer's specification, with a premium filter for your make and model. Oil requirements affect the price; your quote is shown before you book.
Scan or type the VIN, or enter the license plate and state. We look up the engine and the right filter from there. Add as many vehicles as you like to your garage.
Diesel, yes. Hybrids, yes. Fully electric vehicles have no oil to change, so there's nothing for us to do yet.
You will only be charged once the service has been completed. Your card sits on file so the handoff is invisible, but nothing is captured until the tech closes the job.
Add a card or choose a saved card at checkout. You're charged after service.
Start a booking and enter the exact service address. The booking system checks current coverage, and offers the waitlist when the address is outside the service area.
A partner location — an office lot, a gym, an apartment garage — where Oili works on a standing schedule. Park in the morning, drive it home serviced.
